Skymart's story starts in 1997 with Shenzhen Skymart, an injection mold maker that at its peak shipped eighty mold sets a month. In 2006 the founding engineers, with semiconductor equipment experience going back to the 1980s, set up Skymart Technologies in Singapore to build semiconductor molds after a listed mold maker closed its doors.
Who we serve
The first customers were Japanese multinationals with assembly plants in Singapore and Malaysia. Today the group supplies large multinational OSATs and IDMs across Asia, with paper leadframes shipped as far as the United States, Europe and Russia.
